Big thank you to Chris Duet regarding quoting our deck. He explained everything so well, answered multiple questions, made changes to our deck design without hesitation and was so patient and personable. This seems shady to me C&L Ward. I paid 17k for doors and installation. Front door handle is being warrantied but you are trying to charge me for labor to come and install it. This on top of the other issues i have had with the other 2 doors that were installed incorrectly. I did business with you and you are not standing by your product. You need to make this right or you have lost a customer.
Update: C&L Ward has made all of this right. The part is being warrantied and installed at no charge. Thank you for making this right C&L Ward team!
