1-Tom-Plumber is a full-service plumbing and drain cleaning company. Customers had a really great experience with them. They showed up quick and made a stressful plumbing situation issue so much easier to deal with. One technician came to clear a clogged pipe and gave a lot of useful information about plumbing issues. Another technician fixed a water issue on a weekend when other companies wouldn’t return an emergency call. He was time efficient, personable, and walked through the fix. Another technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful with communicating what needed to be done. He arrived on time. The company was quick, professional, and got the job done right. Great service from start to finish.
I am selling my home and was in a panic due to mold in the basement and attic. I contacted Jeff and asked for urgent help. He sent a crew from Saginaw to Metro Detroit the next business day. They arrived and immediately got to work removing the attic and basement mold, replacing insulation and repairing a crack in my concrete basement wall. Jeff was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. His crew was top-notch and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this company for any emergent needs that arise. They are friendly, knowledgeable and, most of all, hard workers.
So, found out that my basement drain wanted to fight the power on Sunday night. The next morning, I called a place and I was told that they were booked till Friday. I don't have until Friday. I called these guys at 8:20 am. They were at my house by 3:30pm. The guy was pleasant and efficient and was in and out in 20 minutes. They take credit cards and also have a military discount. I'm not happy with the price I had to pay (these days, ain't nothing cheap), but you pay for value I believe I got value from this service.

Customer service was EXCELLENT from the moment I called in a panic. There are a lot of skilled workers, but customer service and good communication are what set companies apart and 1-Tom-Plumber was AMAZING. Nate was incredibly efficient at replacing my hot water heater and he was really helpful with answering my questions. His positivity made the stressful situation bearable - pleasant even! I'm very happy with the experience.
