Veteran Chimney did an excellent job cleaning my chimney and wood-burning fireplace. They were prompt and efficient. The representative was very communicative and informed me about the necessary repairs for my chimney. I appreciated that they sent me a picture and a video to show where the damage was located. They did not pressure me to get it fixed right away. Their customer service was outstanding. I will be calling them again for chimney service in the spring. I highly recommend this company.
AL just left after doing a chimney inspection & sweep. He took his time to show and explain all the chimney things I would need to know as a new homeowner. He left detail notes and estimates for future repairs. It can be daunting to find good service people & companies that are not trying to take advantage of the less knowledgeable homeowner and or trying to sign you up for some service you do not need. 10/10 will be using Veterans Chimney Sweep for all my fireplace need.
