Jill is an amazing trainer-just the perfect amount of motivation, knowledge, kindness and push. With varying workouts every single time-we've hardly repeated an exercise which keeps us interested and excited to workout. The studio is a judgement free zone! RetroFit Studio is clean. All the staff are hardworking and friendly. As a person that has not consistently worked out throughout my life and someone who is overweight (and has had bad trainers in the past) I never feel judged at RetroFit. My trainers have pushed me just far enough without pushing me too far. (Previous trainers in other places pushed me so hard I had dry heaves). They are encouraging and give you the confidence to keep moving forward.
