Elvir is professional, prompt, and communicative. I especially appreciate his patience with my mother preparing to move from her 55 yr old home, and leave behind the odor caused by the Asp/pen high counts, that could very well be making her ill. We have many concerns @ her home environment and Elvir earned our trust!
