This company is the worst and further the pictures are not that great if I am being honest. For one, the phone and website to get to the right sessions if you are trying to find Prestige Portraits is a mess! I wanted to order two different sessions of the digital prints - Prestige. You would think you could do this in one transaction, simple right. NO! The cart appears to show that you did it right, but it does not outline the details of the sessions your order it just says Digital Prints. So guess what I had two of the same at a tune of $800! I did have a coupon from someone at the company earlier, only to find out the coupon was available to everyone - deceitful. Now...read full review

Ridiculous pricing for mediocre quality. When will schools pay attention to reviews and stop forcing so many students to buy from this price-gouging company? $400 for digital-only prints? Absolutely garbage pricing.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. They losts our Senior's Courtyard pictures. Not sure why our school continues to use them. And they didn't care when I called since it went overseas. What, no one answers the phone at the local studio. Terrible service
