We used Exotic Flooring & Design to refinish the oak floors that we have throughout our home. They wrapped the kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, and furniture in plastic before sanding the floors. We did not have any dust in the house when they finished the job. The crew was professional and respectful. There was a small area in our powder room that I had questions about and Javier came within two hours to check it out. The finished floors are beautiful. They did a perfect job. We highly recommend Exotic Flooring based on the beautiful job they did installing new oak flooring in our living and dining rooms. Javier's crew took great pains to carefully remove existing carpet and subfloor and then install new red oak flooring to match the floors in adjacent rooms. They took extra care and effort to get the color and sheen match right and to make 100% certain we were happy with it. To top it off, the installers were very careful to keep our home protected and clean during the project. They even used microfiber cloths to remove any dust from our wood blinds and book cases! Some go the extra mile, Javier and his crew of craftsmen went an extra 3 for my home! Professional crew, attention to detail, care for their craft, great communication... I can go on.
