I called this place twice for details about the application process I completed and paid online. I am a very organized person and appreciate value customer service. Attempting to call to get more information Christine I believe her name was very rude and didn’t really want to answer my questions. She rushed me on the phone while trying to navigate their poorly managed website and got really short with me. The next day I called to attempt to find information again as I’m not getting any responses. They made a note on my “account” saying that I was rude which I believe to be unprofessional and outrageous since their customer service only answers with hello and nothing...read full review
