Best decision ever to go with Creative Carpets! They were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable to work with. They were always quick to respond and prompt and timely, and even when I had to move my timetable up by two weeks they got the carpet ordered and installed fast and ahead of schedule! The carpet is great quality and the installation job is flawless. They didn't bat an eye at the quirks and challenges of installing carpet in my older home. No "unexpected surprises" dealing with the old tile, linoleum, stairs, etc that I have. And, their price was WAY lower than what Home Depot quoted me!
