It was a lack of communication and timely return for my tax preparation. My incident took 2 months with numerous phone calls to get resolved. Will not be returning for service and would not recommend anyone to him.

Jim Jr has been doing my taxes for over 15 years. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism, quick response, and knowledge of all current tax laws. If an issue arises Jim Jr will address the situation immediately with positive results. I highly recommend Jim Jr. He is a excellent accountant who is always there for his customers.

I have been with this fine firm for more years than I want to admit. Jim Johnson is the third generation CPA having been a client with both his grandfather and father.Always a professional experience with a kind smile, great people!!!!!!
