Wanted to love this place because it was so cute and was highly recommended by some friends. Unfortunately things fell flat, literally. I made my appointment with Morgan bc she was highly recommended, however the day before I got a confirmation text for someone else. That was the first sign, but I brushed it off. The girl who did my hair just lacked the whole customer experience that I was expecting. Didn't ask me about my hair, how it holds, if it's frizzy, literally nothing. The wash was meh at best. No real scrubbing of the scalp and definitely no massage as most salons do. The water was way too hot, I had to ask for it to be turned down. Next we moved to blow drying. My hair was still pretty frizzy, so I asked if she could smooth it out more- luckily she did so with a round brush as opposed to the flat brush she had been using. Next the curling started. It just didn't meet my expectations and did not resemble the photos I showed. I had to ask for a few pieces to be recurled bc my hair was flat, which she did. Also, she curled all my ends, a which I didn't notice until she got to my face frame- I cringed. I left in tears, I was hoping my hair would be beautiful for my maternity photos, but that was not what I got. After my 15 minute drive home my hair was already flat. Wasted $40 and still had to curl my own hair.

I had an appointment to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they turned out amazing! The employee, Marli, who booked my appointment for me was incredibly nice and helpful, and Peter who did my eyebrows did such a wonderful job and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon was very clean, followed coronavirus guidelines very well and was so cute, I can't wait to go back.

Do not expect much from this place. I was referred from Hart & Harlow to this place since they could not fit me in. From the moment I walked in my experience was awkward and unprofessional. My stylist didn't even walk up to me or introduce herself. She called me over from her chair. From the wash to the blow dry to the finished product the whole thing was horrible. She barely washed or conditioned my hair. Did not speak to me at all. Took me over to her chair sprayed a little bit on detangler in my hair brushed it out then asked me then after all that what we were doing with hair and I said i normally just dry into big loose curls. Proceeded to blow dry my hair with a flat brush, did not use a round brush, did not smooth out any part of my hair not even the hair around my face. I had to ask her to smooth it out at the end and she told me that's just my curl pattern. When if you go to any other salon a true hair stylist knows how to smooth out your hair with a round brush. She smoothed mine out with her flat iron. The worst part my hair smells like burnt gross hair cause she did not put any protectant in my hair or product before drying it and taking the curling iron to my hair. Do not waste your money here. The whole staff looked unprofessional and the vibe I picked it up was no one wanted to be there or knew what they were doing.
