Update: Picked up my glasses on the day that I got the text that they were in. I was really dismissed & when it came time for someone to give me my glasses, Linda just handed them to me & that was it. I wasn't asked to sit down & make sure they fit... nothing. And actually it was my birthday that day which I mentioned to Linda but all she did was talk about some personal story while I was putting on my new glasses. She didn't do anything to make sure they fit properly. Must different customer service this time! Smh.

The optometrist Saira and the rest of the staff were all so extremely kind and helpful, both during the appointment itself and after when I had to bring my glasses back for a replacement. Also, when I was struggling with the dizziness with my new prescription, they were lovely about answering my questions and making sure that they’d be available to help further if my eyes continued to struggle with the adjustment. Will definitely go back again and again while I’m living here.
