I stopped by at Palco campers on a Saturday morning and needed to solve a problem in replacing the liquid propane tank regulator on my RV Sprinter van. It is tucked underneath the van, requiring all kinds of contortions to access and work on.
Charlene was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing what was needed in the way of hardware, so that I was able to fit the new regulator in a more satisfactory manner than was the case previously.
It’s family business that I believe has been running since the late 60s . You cannot beat the passage of time - in the acquiring of wisdom - that the owners are eager and willing to share. Pay them a visit!
Staff was knowledgeable and helped me out with my questions, and found the right parts to help me diagnose and fix my trailer hookup. Will be back and will bring my companies business back in the future.
Took my camper in for brake work last week before I left town for a long weekend. They called me the next day and explained in detail the work which was needed, the reason why it was needed and the cost of the repair. When I returned home on Monday I received a call advising the camper was ready to be picked with all work done at the price quoted.
