I had an exposed nerve in a broken tooth, and am not a patient. They got me in within 24hrs and fixed the cause of 2 weeks of agony. I can't say enough positive things about the customer service or the actual dental service. Already have my cleaning app set.

So, I have horrible anxiety, and due to some gastro issues; weak enamel. Medicaid also doesn't exactly leave you a great many options, but this one is definitely the one to choose if you're in my position. I didn't feel judged, my questions were answered, I was given a thorough explanation and my worries were addressed and professionally explained rather than written off.
And Stefanie, the receptionist. Exceptional at her job and the genuine care and help getting in as soon as possible, being remembered after the first call, even letting me know there were earlier appointments that fit my schedule and taking notes, remembering my scheduling constraints, it really did make a world of difference and makes you feel like a patient rather than a profit.
The reviews are genuine; if you can go here? Do so. Can't think of even a nitpick. I was seen within a minute of finishing processing at the front desk and out within an hour even with xrays and cleaning. Had to get a deep clean which meant numbing, which went quick and painless and didn't use oversized needles that left sites to heal like the last practice I went to. Easy 5 stars.

Went to check a filling they did and they said it was not the filling even though it was. They did an x ray with out telling me. That iwas going to get charged and charged me for the x ray with no. Explanation and the receptionist was very rude
