We’ve owned our home for just over four years, and as first-time homebuyers, we admittedly were a bit ignorant when it came to some of the routine maintenance needed to keep everything running smoothly. Never fails, extreme cold or heat something breaks. Yesterday evening, our air conditioner broke and the house quickly got to 84! My husband called Jay, talked through the situation, Jay immediately knew what was happening, scheduled a call for the next day (Saturday) and by 9:00am Tyler was here and within a short time the air was back on! Thank you Jay and Tyler for your expertise, quick action, and professionalism!

I highly recommend Great Lakes Heating & Cooling - 10/10 experience. Tyler had strong communication throughout the entire process and made me feel like a priority. He came to look at my A/C Monday morning after hearing about my problem over the weekend. He diagnosed and fixed the problem like a true professional. My house was cool before the afternoon.
