Maranda & Haley did a whole-house clean for us in early June on a seasonal summer cottage that hadn't been used in several months and needed some serious attention (including evidence of mice and other critters). They did a beautiful job! I am very pleased and will be using them again! Rates were reasonable, communication was clear and friendly, and cleaning was completed when they said it would be. Glad I found them!

I was referred to Maranda at SONshine Expressions on a Houghton Lake FB page. She is responsive and professional, and set up a time to come over and give us a deep cleaning quote on our cottage. They are a licensed and insured cleaning company, and are kid/pet/eco friendly with environmentally safe products. We needed someone to do a DEEP clean following a summer and fall full of house construction repairs and updates (a time in which we let things go as a result of the work on the cottage). SONshine Expressions did a great job, and on a national holiday, and at a very reasonable price. Maranda runs her business like a real business. Very good, and a pleasant experience.
