Mechanics and office staff were polite in helping me pick up a LTL load and get me in and out quickly. Only thing I didn't like was the gravel parking lot. It's lacking maintenance big time! Lots of large holes, it makes the facility look dingy In my opinion.
Bathrooms and lounge are clean. Wish it had showers and laundry though :/ Lot could be better. It's just dirt and if it rains or snows, prepared to be towed out! Seen so many having to be towed out!
Would do 5 ? but the lot sucks. I and my mentor got stuck in the mud for 2 1/2 hours. But the sitting room was nice and comfortable went to sleep twice lol. Bath room was clean; and PAM employees was very nice
