I started training at TNT in 2011 with my 7 year old son with the intention of getting more active. Since then, it has become so much more than exercise! I've learned self defense skills (especially important for women), gained stamina and strength in both mind and body.
Our dojo is meticulously clean and is a unique and inspiring place in which to train. I really appreciate this as karate is barefoot, and at times, the training requires groundwork.

Son and daughter started in kid's karate and now have been in adult karate for a number of years. Very good instruction and caring to their skill levels. Family owned and run certainly makes a big difference, highly recommend TNT for all ages/levels!

Great learning environment with dedicated instructors. My son has been attending for 7 years starting in their Lions, Tigers and Bears class. When he moved up to the beginner class, I joined and have loved it as well. This dojo not only encourages the development of physical strength and stamina, but mental toughness and resillience as well! We love the sense of community and focused instruction offered at TNT.
