Great overall customer service, very friendly staff. They worked fast with repairing my vehicle, and even fixed a problem that dealerships couldn't seem to find the solution to. I like the detail they put into their inspection report and their availability with communication.
Chuck and his team at Rollin Coal are top notch. I have brought my 2013 F350 a few times over the last several years for a few separate issues, from the motor to front end work. Recently they replaced shocks and replaced the front end gear box. With 170K+ miles on my truck, it is running and driving great and will put another 170K miles on it. Price and lead time to complete have always been great, keep up the good work!
Truck was repaired in a timely manner. They discovered another problem with their check and fixed that also in a timely manner. Everything was explained and pictures sent to me of the problem with my truck. Staff was extremely nice to work with. Will definitely take my truck back for service if needed. Repairs where wheel bearings , tie rods and diesel engine sensor.
