Went to a local dealership for an oil change and our tire pressure sensor happened to be on stating our pressure was low in one tire. They called saying we needed a new tire as there was a nail in it and unfixable. Decided to go to Hugo's afterward to get it checked out for a second opinion, they took the tire off, inspected it for 20 minutes, found absolutely nothing wrong, filled it up, put it back on, and charged nothing! A month later still no issues! Thanks Hugo's!

Excellent shop - these guys are always straightforward, honest and professional and have helped me and friends of mine with everything from oil changes / flat tire fixes to transmission repair and timing belt replacements.

My check engine light was on (I already knew why), and they didn't push me on it at all. I did ask about it, and got really helpful advice. I will be returning in the future when it is time to address it.
