The front desk lady was super nice and patient. The psychiatrist was really understanding, respectful, and not judgemental. They’re doing a great job I would definitely recommend.
Call for a follow-up appointment after being in the er and they said it would over a week. Follow-ups suppose to be within a few days. Lately it's hard to get an appointment less than 6 wks. They tell you to go to the er. Or another clinic
If you want to be taken seriously and be heard about your health concerns I would look for a doctor in Alpena. When you call, you will be on hold for a least 5 minutes. Most times you do not hear back the same day. If your doctor is not in on a day, you will not be offered help until they are back in office even though I have seen all doctors there at times. Save yourself aggravation.
