Not sure what going on with 1 review, Curtis Excavating was the only contractor to personally show up several times to review our concerns about driveway and New home location clearing on lake Huron , Todd presented us a scope of work in writing and completed job beyond our expectations with NO added cost. Come spring with pole barn in the plans again asked Curtis Excavating for barn site prep, again Todd personally show up, listening to my wants n needs about barn location etc .... (I'm a fuss butt about how l want things done) he presented a scope of work quote , the only problem was my fault assuming with his response l was on his schedule, when following up with... read full review

We have used Curtis to put in a driveway, side clear and prep for a pole barn, and clear and extend a driveway. When you find a good contractor that you can trust, you hang on to them! Todd and his crew are exactly that! They were not only fair with the price, but he was very hands on and went above and beyond. I have used excavation services before, but none have wowed us like Curtis. They listen, they perform and they exceed all expectations. Hands down best Rogers city contractor we have dealt with!

Excavating Excellence!We want to express our sincere gratitude to Todd and his team for the great work on our new gravel driveway, and finding time in their busy schedule to get it done... rain, snow, or shine (we had all 3 that day).They arrived promptly at 9 am and were "all business" until the job was completed. In 3 short hours our rutted old 'two-track' driveway was transformed into a nicely graded gravel entry and parking area.Multiple pieces of heavy equipment were maneuvered with care and precision within a fairly tight area.
