I had such a pleasant experience using Lattimore for my single wide I purchased, I have good knowledge of construction, plumbing, electric, hvac, etc, so you have to know what you are buying, but once you understand that you are buying a used unit that may or may not need work, and understand the price you are paying for said unit, and that delivery with a certain mile range is free, you really are getting a tremendous value, you get what you pay for, and I was certainly extremely pleased with the value I got, delivery was smooth, communication was great, they were very honest and upfront the whole time! Nice place with a lot of nice mobile homes. We just bought a dubble wide. But their a little slow about getting back with people. At least, that was my experience. I'm not saying that's the same for everyone. They could have just been really busy. Other than that, I have no complaints. Great place to do business with.
