From the minute you walk in, you walk in and are greeted with a smiling face , very nice a cozy waiting area, very clean establishment! Everyone is polite. I've been there several times now and I prefer Essie (Masseuse) and have stayed with her, so I can only rate her. she is REMARKABLE!!! Very professional, makes sure you are comfortable, discusses any issue spots that need extra attention (and she finds and works them out!!! which I love!). I also appreciate that she is not chatty during my massage. I have had many at OTHER places that frankly ruined my massage because they were chatty the whole time. I LOVE Simply Massage and WOULD recommend to anyone!!!
