Everyone from the receptionist to the surgeon were kind and made them feel best interests were important. The great experience any Grand Rapids Ophthalmalogy location and the recent Rockford visit was thorough exam and explained everything. Them felt comfortable, had all questions answered and were pleased with cataract surgery performed. The cataract surgery was strong by step and thorough. The locations were great and everyone felt comfortable. Highly recommend.
This was my first visit to GRO and I was very impressed with all the workers. They were very friendly and respectful. Very knowledgeable and very lean! I’m looking forward to Dr Hessler to fix my cataracts!
Just had my 2nd. Eye surgery and it went just as AWESOME as the last eye surgery!! I can NEVER say enough GOOD things about Grand Rapids ophthalmology!!!! Everyone was SOOOO nice to me. I've had VERY POOR vision all my life and it was a hassle.. NOW I'm gonna be able to SEE when I wake up❣️❣️

I had great experience this morning. Nice professional staff ( and other patient I talked to) were able to fix my eye with 2 minute Lazer treatment. Very little discomfort. Will recommend you for sure. Thanks
