Greeted immediately when I walked in, even though she was in the middle of a separate task. Relaxed but professional atmosphere! On time! Doc is very personable. Talk to him as if ya known him for awhile. That goes same with everyone else there. If it were a restaurant I'd tell ya I'd eat again there tomorrow. But I will have an appointment a year from now.Knowledgeable on insurance and will make sure you use every penny that the insurance will allow. I'd there is an issue with you glasses after you get home, they WANT you to come in to make it work for you.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and personable, helping with any questions or uncertainties I had. Everyone explained my options well. Dr. Moulds was thourough and demonstrated genuin concern that I understood what he was doing and how the tests helped him identify any visual diffientcies I have. I am most assuredly telling family and friends about Alpine Family Eyecare regardless if they are looking for an optometrist and eyewear place or not.

I came in without an appointment because I was worried about my left eye. Doctor Ken Moulda squeezed me in for an examination right away. He listened to me as I told him everything that concerned me. It was a good thing That I came in, and now I am getting the care that I need, And I was able to get it very quickly!
