Everyone from the receptionist to the surgeon were kind and made them feel best interests were important. The great experience any Grand Rapids Ophthalmalogy location and the recent Rockford visit was thorough exam and explained everything. Them felt comfortable, had all questions answered and were pleased with cataract surgery performed. The cataract surgery was strong by step and thorough. The locations were great and everyone felt comfortable. Highly recommend.
I have had a great experience every time I visit Grand Rapids Ophthalmalogy, any of the locations. My most recent visit was at the Rockford location and I saw Dr. Hessler. He was very thorough with my exam and explained everything to me. He answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable with him. I highly recommend GRO.
