We had an amazing experience from the carpet selection process with Andy, and all through the installation. The install crew removed all our existing flooring they and helped us move our pool table, which was a big reason we chose Rockford Flooring.

The sales people and installer were very nice and easy to work with when in person and the install of 99% of the flooring was great. Pricing was reasonable being middle of the road and we felt a good value when committing to install.
Unfortunately, throughout the process, communication was a subpar. When measuring our rooms we were told we would have a quote that day or the next. I reached out via email and phone with no reply. Two weeks later we finally heard from the salesman for our quote. Was told installer would be here at 9a, at 11a I called to see if they were coming and were there shortly after. When we had concerns about one part of the install and even offered to come to a compromise on the quality of that section, our concerns were dismissed and told that it would be fine because it would take care of it's self. Again, we had to initiate another call back to get salesman to discuss with us when promised a call back. I don't usually write negative reviews, but we are weeks later now and the issue remains.

We ordered carpet through Rockford Floor Covering. They were easy to work with in the showroom. And Curtis did an amazing job with the installation. He even made friends with our dog, who wanted to nap on the new cushiony carpet.
