everyone was very nice and they helped me with all my contact needs.

So I never wanted to leave this bad review, but I have tried three times to get them to help me and they just ignore me. I purchased an eye exam and lenses for my frames on 8-01-2025. I have gone back in three times because the lenses cause me to have double vision when I drive at night. I have to switch to my old glasses when I drive at night. I have never had a pair of glasses cause me to have double vision until this pair. All three times I have returned the girls who work there have sent an email to Dr. Ted Sees about my situation. I was told they will get back with me on a solution. Dr. Ted Sees has never gotten back with me, and I have never received a phone call from any of them.

I had an appointment with Dr. Ted Sees yesterday, and he did another exam. After reviewing the problem with my lenses and comparing them to my old glasses he was at a loss. I asked if it could be the position of the progressive or could it be the coating they use on the lenses, but he had no good answer. I think he really has no idea, so I asked for my money back. He told me they would give the money back. Then the office ladies and Ted all had no idea on how to refund the money, so now I have to wait for them to try and figure it out. What a total disappointment.

Just 15 minutes after I posted an update I received a call from the office and they refund the money.

I had a phenomenal eye exam today! They provided so many detailed procedures with specialized scanners and equipment to test my eyes, corneas, retinas, and vision. I was treated with such professionalism and patience. This place is top notch! You will be delighted by their superb customer service and support!
