Our vet was out the day we went in. However, Dr. Good was friendly, thorough in her examination, gentle with our Poppy, and took her time to explain the issues she found. All staff was friendly, kind, and professional. What I appreciated most is the time Dr. Good took with us and how loving and gentle she was with our little girl.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Vito and the staff at Rockford Animal Hospital. I have a multiple cat household, many of whom have some (or a lot) of medical complexity. They always go above and beyond to get me in whenever I have an emergent situation or need to bring someone in. Everyone here is incredibly kind and friendly. Dr. Vito is always very thoughtful and thorough in addressing my many, many questions. Having come from working in the veterinary field for many years myself, I appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail and give him a resounding stamp of approval. I have followed Dr. Vito across two other veterinary practices because I deeply value his professionalism and expertise and his compassionate care of my pets. The assistants, techs, and receptionists are also fantastic! They also go out of their way to make our visits a positive experience. It’s clear they care deeply and go above and beyond in their care of my pets (and other pets) coming into the practice. They are fairly priced and exceed my expectations in every way!

All of the staff were amazing! Squeezed me in before the weekend. The vet was so kind, answered all of my questions, and never rushed me. Even though my dog gets very anxious going to the vet, I know she is in great care at Rockford Animal Hospital!
