    I have been very pleased with my visits to ChiroHealth. They try to keep on schedule and see you promptly. Whether you prefer manual adjustments or the activator, they can accommodate your request. They keep me feeling my best. I would recommend them to friends or family.

    I needed a last minute appointment to address pain in my upper back. I got in very soon and was adjusted. This helped a lot, but it was recommended that I do an e-stim treatment as well. They were available to do this and that really helped with the healing. I’m so glad they offer multiple services at Chiro Health.

    I am very disappointed with my experience here. I have nothing but good things to say about the chiropractor I was seeing or massage therapist, but that is where the compliments end. This clinic does not have an online portal to view after visit summaries, financials, or upcoming/past encounters. This is where the issues lie. The practices set up and workflow did not present as an issue initially, but over the 3 months I spent receiving treatment here I soon ran into issues. After my second appointment, a new employee made a mistake. They incorrectly input the cost per copay that my personal insurance had proved was what I would owe each visit. I was overcharged due to this. I was understanding as I myself work in healthcare, and know how much of a learning curve there is when training new employees. I let the credit sit in my account and used up it in future visits. Today I mistakingly missed my appointment by 40 minutes. They scheduled 3 months worth of visits with me on one day (3 months ago) with no portal to double check with. I was understanding that they would not see me being 40 minutes late. Although this was fair to me, what wasn't fair is that I was charged a $50 no show fee. I did not receive an appointment confirmation email for this visit. They told me because I opted out of text communication, this actually stops all communication. I guess I should have known that! $50 down the drain and I will no longer be coming here.

    Dr. Sandy Stanton is outstanding and whenever I have an issue, she seems to always take care of it through my treatment. I have been going to Dr. Stanton for years and one of the best around.

    For the second time after a severe neck and back trauma in 3 yrs, my pain was greatly alleviated, this time just 4 hours after the incident! Thanx to Dr. O'Hara for seeing me that day, and 2 days later...estimate I'm 80% back, no pun intended!
