Our whole family has been seeing Dr.Paul for many years. My husband and myself and 3 kids (elementary and highschool). We all have seen great benefit from a regular schedule with Dr. Paul. For the kids I notice a difference in their abilities with their sports and their focus in their academics. Honestly we consider Dr. Paul and his team our extended family and we are so blessed that they take such good care of us!!!

Rochester Chiropractic has always given me relief starting with Dr. Joe in the 1980's. Dr. Paul is incredibly gifted. In 2018 I was body slammed to the ground when the horse I was riding fell sideways. In addition to my TBI my back was a mess causing painful knots. My PCP at the time didn't believe in chiropractors even though that's where I knew I had to go. Physical therapy gave me no relief. It took me 4 months to get a new PCP that would give me the referral I needed so that I could see Dr. PAUL. He put 3 ribs back in place and gave me the adjustment that I needed. I went to see Dr. Joe for lower back pain along with pain running from my upper left glute down my side and front leg. From the very first visit, Dr. Joe was incredibly informative and took the time to explain what a healthy spine should look like, how the spine affects the rest of the body, and what was causing the issues I was experiencing.
He thoroughly went over what was wrong and explained the treatment plan to help fix it. Honestly, without him, I believe surgery would have been my next step. I’m so glad I stopped being stubborn and finally went in for help.
