Our 16 month old dog, Blue and I LOVE groomer Ayaka at the Rochester Hills Petco, she's very polite and does a wonderful job on our Siberian Husky! And Isaac who works in the store is very personable and helpful as well. We are pleased to be customers of Rochester Hills Petco!!
We have taken our shepherd to many of the local groomers and as much as I love to support local small businesses, they just weren’t doing a good job. One place gave her a skin infection and the other was so expensive for what seemed like a just a bath. We tried petco on a whim one day and picked any available stylist, it was Ayaka. Our dog looked and felt amazing!! She actually worked out the undercoat and she didn’t shed like she normally does! Every single detail was amazing and we brought her back a second time. My pup has been doing here for grooming for a while now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our groomer is fantastic. She always trims and bathes my dog exactly as I request or she makes certain to ask about what I'd like done for her before it's done. I've never once had a problem with the groomers or the staff and I've purchased several fish from their depts as well and they are beautiful and healthy. I'm not sure where all the negativity has come from....
