Extremely DISAPPOINTED! My sister just picked up her fixtures at this Rochester location, after placing her order from the Troy location! Sales girl stated there was no-one "available" to help her load the large boxes into her vehicle (she is 62 y/o and 5'0" tall)! She loaded them herself, went to the bathroom and noticed a few male employees hanging out at the store!! Obviously, the issue was not AVAILABILITY of personnel to help her, but REFUSAL to help her. If you order fixtures from the Troy location (which was wonderful), DO NOT have your order delivered to the Rochester location!! This was inexcusable!
