This place is a gem and offers shoe repair services that are becoming harder to find these days. Lou was kind and welcoming and he completed two repairs for me on schedule as promised and he did a great job. He repaired a Kate Spade purse for me where the metal piece holding the strap in place was faulty in different ways on both sides and he fixed it so that now it looks and works perfectly as if it had never broken. I also had a pair of wedge sandals that I loved and couldn’t find anywhere after the bottom of the soles were worn out and one side even got a hole. One can never go wrong going to Lou! I just bought a nice pair of shoes on line only to find they were a bit stiff. Was disappointed until Lou came to the rescue. He did an excellent job softening my leather shoes where they needed it most! I have always been happy with his work and now am even happier. Thanks for saving my shoes, Lou!

Lou is a great guy who knows shoes and does quality work. Anyone here referencing a lack of customer service is misreading him. He has a tough love kind of personality, but he is always honest and professional. They have resoled my dress shoes/boots for years and they do excellent work. Highly recommend LTS.
