Great guy. No bs. Talked me out of doing spending more than I needed for my boot repair. I didn’t need some of the stuff I thought I did. Instead of taking that money, he sold me only what I needed and nothing more. Would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for shoe repair.
Always had great personalized service on my shoes from Lou and LTS! They even helped me restore my 50 year old baseball glove and I still use it in the Detroit Men's Senior Baseball League!
This place is a gem and offers shoe repair services that are becoming harder to find these days. Lou was kind and welcoming and he completed two repairs for me on schedule as promised and he did a great job. He repaired a Kate Spade purse for me where the metal piece holding the strap in place was faulty in different ways on both sides and he fixed it so that now it looks and works perfectly as if it had never broken. I also had a pair of wedge sandals that I loved and couldn’t find anywhere after the bottom of the soles were worn out and one side even got a hole.
