Office staff is very friendly and professional... Whenever I have an appointment, very rarely do I have to wait.... Walk In hours are 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Monday-Friday.... Otherwise you need an appointment... read full review

This my 5th year I have been using Rochester Hearing and will continue to use ! They have the best customer service ever and I had many previous companies over the past 30 years. The Dr. and Shelia, the owner are quick to attend to any and all my hearing needs. Walk in times (pre covid) were available for cleaning , repairs , batteries, and custom filters, which were always kept on hands.
