“Highly recommend Heather and Salon Monaco for extensions! We have a very unique situation, but my daughter is 10 and lost a lot of her from a medication she was on. I was seeking referrals and Heather came highly recommended. I reached out and right away she wanted to help my daughter. She explained all of her experiences and has a ton of training in different techniques. She even went as far as coming in outside of her schedule so my Daughter wouldn’t be embarrassed with customers in the salon.
