Dave and Jim are very responsive. The Brookview team walked us through the entire buying and inspection process. Dave is very experienced and was able to answer many of our questions as well as assisting us with quality contacts to make last minute repairs on the home we were selling. When buyer of our home had an inexperienced realtor that caused unnecessary panic at the closing, Dave helped to deescalate and bring clarity situation.
