Bryan was very kind when we arrived and explained the process. After doing his review of the house he went through everything that will be shown on the report as well as explained why certain actions were needed. Bryan answered all of our numerous questions as well sent us the report within 24 hours.

John did an excellent job! Very thorough and helpful and willing to take extra time to explain even the smallest things. If I need an inspector again I will be reaching out to Total House Inspection again and asking for John Reed.
