Tony’s replaced zippers in tall riding boots and did a great job. Nice to have a local shop for repairs!

Oh my Gosh...EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I took my shoes in for special occasion and heel was to high with knee problem, he took care of it right away, was able to shorten the heel a little bit and I was able to pick up the next day....What a Wonderful business and wonderful people...THANK YOU!!!! You really saved the day :)

Terrible service. I paid about $75 in August 2025 to have a pair of shoes repaired. After wearing them around 10 times, the same problems came back. When I returned, they wanted another $30 to fix their own failed repair. Don’t waste your money—take your shoes somewhere else.

Third time coming here, and every time I have got sent away. They never no how to repair or have the things needed to repair my items. 🤔 First off the guy that’s behind the back window he never wants to help the customers cause he never greets anyone every time I came in. Vibe is very rude . I waited 1/2 minute at the counter before somebody actually came up to the counter, while he watches, when theirs no of customers in the store . Can’t rate service cause can’t never get any work 👎🏾 but customer service is poor. 👎🏾

Unfortunately, I went someplace else in downtown Rochester to have the zipper fixed on my Peruzzi purse. Never again! I was shocked and very upset when I got my purse back. Trust me it was terrible!! I took it to Tony’s and he was able to repair it in only 15 minutes!! At least now I can open and close it. He was absolutely amazing!

These guys are incredible. I've taken 8 pairs of shoes to them...many of which I thought were for sure retired. They were able to restore them to functional and in some cases, brand new looking fashion.
With the cost of some of the shoes my wife is wearing and how often she needs them for work, this has been a serious cost savor!

They did a great job fixing some of the stitching, a minor leather tear, and resoling my Thorogood work boots. They replaced the sole with a Vibram wedge sole that will likely outlive the rest of the boot. So thankful to have this business around, with just one repair they saved me a few hundred dollars by not having to totally replace a boot that just had an overworn sole. Cherish the people keeping these trades alive in an otherwise disposable society

Absolutely amazing talent in this shop! Only place to go for shoes and leather goods in need of mending. Professionals and masters of their craft. My leather bag had a one inch tear. I only trusted Tony’s. 💯
