Super great service by Ben to find me the right key fob for my 2018 Dodge Ram - ordered the correct device, cut the key and programmed the device for my truck. Friendly advice and excellent service! Definitely beat the dealer service!

We own The Spice & Tea Exchange of Rochester located in downtown Rochester and recently had an issue with two of our locks. At first, it seemed like both locks would need to be replaced, so Joe ordered the necessary parts. When he arrived on site and inspected everything, he realized the issue was much simpler — we only needed a couple of screws that had fallen out.
Joe went back to the shop, returned quickly with the screws, and when he began the repair, he discovered they had been cross-threaded. He was able to correct the problem and, instead of replacing both locks, kept our cost to just the trip charge and the price of the screws.
Fantastic service! On site lock work, rekey at their shop, and making key duplicates. Joe, Becky, and company have been great every time we've called on Superior over the last 20 years
