We’ve purchased a new furnace from them a few years back and now a new AC unit this month. Both installs were a wonderful experience. The technicians are all knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Our water heater started leaking in the middle of the afternoon today. They had a tech out within 30 minutes. When it became clear that the heater needed to be replaced, the tech said that they could come back tomorrow. I asked if I needed to be home because tomorrow is opening night for my daughter's last high school fall play and we will all be in and out all day. The tech said as long as someone could be here to just let them in that would be fine, which was no problem on our end. But then, as I thought we were wrapping up, the tech made a quick call and said "You know what, we can do this tonight". And friends, they are installing a new water heater as I type. This may not seem like a big deal, but that kind unexpected extra mile meant the world to us on what will be a busy, special weekend for my kid. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Pilot!
