Guy on the phone was extremely rude, he loves to talk, hates to listen. Also, under no circumstance should you get the membership. I was told you can use it at any location and that’s false. Also, an appointment was booked under my account that I did not schedule. I actually walked into another location on the “same day” the appointment was scheduled for. And being that the “system” stated I missed an appointment, I was charged.

Tonya was very good. She educated me, and had the perfect disposition & attitude. The receptionist was great and very understanding because we went to the wrong location and they were patient and kind. Great location too. My husband and I did a couples massage. He was very pleased too!!

I've been coming here for 2-3 years now and seeing Alexandria. She is phenomenal and the reason I have a monthly membership. Deep tissue & super knowledgable! I tell all of my friends to book with her (I feel ok sharing this as the front desk will call you when the therapist's schedule is out hehe).

First ALL therapist wonderful. This is about front desk. Twice in spring of 2025 my credit card was double charged for two separate months. The Supervisor I was connected with did credit back my card twice. Thank you. So having enough of this hassle, I requested a hold. The Manager, initial AG processed. I have contract with her signature. The hold was July 15/25 to October 15/25. The contract states in two places “ your monthly payments will resume on 10/30/25”. I have my credit card billed for 9/30/25. When tried to explain this fact to AG she kept denying. I said have contract in writing. I was upset and very frustrated by no attempt to listen or resolve. I stated will cancel. And please give me something’ I cancelled. This was also refused. I did get an email stating I was terminated from AG after I had cancelled. I am owed $75.00 and am expecting a refund. Dianne B

This location continues with their unethical business practices. I canceled my membership because of my experience with the front desk staff and management at this location. THEY ARE STILL ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE! This is how unethical this company and their management is. Both Alicias including the manager at the front desk because of their lies should be fired! Their lack of integrity and character is appalling. The owners of this location do not care about their members and because of the lack of business ethics and vindictiveness of these two horrific people that I just mentioned above and calling them out, have not cancelled my membership fee! THE OWNERS ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO INTENTION OF RESOLVING ANYTHING-THEIR RESPONSES TO THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE LIES! I wouldn’t want to use any Massage Envy location ever again if my life depended on it! BE FOREWARNED-MASSAGE ENVY IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH! If I could rate them negative 100, I would!

I had THE best massage with Nancy. She listened to what my target areas were and focused on those with perfect pressure. Front desk was pleasant and atmosphere was relaxing.
