This location continues with their unethical business practices. I canceled my membership because of my experience with the front desk staff and management at this location. THEY ARE STILL ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE! This is how unethical this company and their management is. Both Alicias including the manager at the front desk because of their lies should be fired! Their lack of integrity and character is appalling. The owners of this location do not care about their members and because of the lack of business ethics and vindictiveness of these two horrific people that I just mentioned above and calling them out, have not cancelled my membership fee! THE OWNERS ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO INTENTION OF RESOLVING ANYTHING-THEIR RESPONSES TO THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE LIES! I wouldn’t want to use any Massage Envy location ever again if my life depended on it! BE FOREWARNED-MASSAGE ENVY IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH! If I could rate them negative 100, I would!

I had THE best massage with Nancy. She listened to what my target areas were and focused on those with perfect pressure. Front desk was pleasant and atmosphere was relaxing.

My husband got me a gift card a few months back for a massage and finally got to use it today. First of all, when he got the gift card he asked for a massage and a facial cost on it. The sales person told him I’d be $180. Called to book the services and was told the first service is $80 and second $130 without membership. Didn’t seat great with me but ok whatever.. at the massage I’ve asked if they could honor me the free 30 extra min that came with the gift card since it was a couple weeks past expiration day… they didn’t even let me finish my words and was shut with a NO, and acted like I’m 2 and said well u can still use the gift card.. anyways, I asked for the enhanced foot massage and the essential oils to be added to the service. Got none. Not sure who forgot, but that wasn’t given to me and the front desk again, acts as if I’m stupid and tells me don’t worry we want charge you for it. Huh. Glad we are ok the same page. The massage wasn’t bad but the lack of professionalism sucked, and not being able to honor those 30 min to a mother of two babies who never has time for herself sucked. Learn some business strategies so you can stay afloat. I will not be returning to this location

I signed up for massages two months ago. I went tanning the day before and got pretty burnt so I called to cancel. They charged me for my cancellation and said I no showed for my appt. I tried to cancel my membership as I'm not happy with the massages or with their policy. They said I will be charged $80.00 for the next 10 months. This is nonsense. I've tried two different therapists wasn't happy with either one. Will not be recommending massage envy to anyone. Poor service and horrible cancellation policy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would recommend that you do not sign up for a membership with Massage Envy. It's almost impossible to cancel, and Alyssa was very rude when trying to get it done. I have tried to cancel my account after the year contract timeframe ended three times and still getting charged. When I called to dispute yet another charge with this location, I learned that my account is under an email address that I haven't used for 10 years which is why I never received the cancellation form. I then asked why it is taking me three times to cancel. She tried telling me that I needed to cancel through another location even though RH is the location I started my membership at back in Dec 2022. I stated that I would be blocking any other payments going forward and she said that she was not going to bother sending me the paperwork and would just let it go to collections since I was just going to block the payment, anyways. When she refused me talking to management, I stated that I just wanted to get the cancellation paperwork sent to me, and demanded speaking to a manager. I was told that I would not hear anything from someone until Sunday and that I would be charged another month and/or go to collections if I didn't pay. This upset me and asked her to just go ahead and send the paperwork so I can still send it in. I was hung up on and when I called back, put on hold and hung up on again!
