Been going for over 20 years. You can drop off or in person. Having a consistent tax person will benefit you as that person will have all paperwork on hand going back years.

We have dealt with Francine for many years. She and Fran, in the office with her, have never failed to impress us with their down to earth friendliness, their professional insight, their promptness and their reasonable fees. In my view, we, and I would guess, many, are better off monetarily, time-wise, and support-wise using Francine's office rather than one of the many computer-based tax prep products.
