The results were better than expected—everything looks like new! The crew was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They do a wonderful job of cleaning carpet by taking their time to go over every inch with their wand. They pre treat all stains and if needed treat the stains as many times as required to remove the stain. Joe and Eric answered all questions and provided stain treating tips. They also cleaned the foyer area rug and door mat on porch for free. Carpet looks as though brand new!
I had a very good experience with Ever Ready carpet cleaning. They do a wonderful job of cleaning carpet by taking their time to go over every inch with their wand. But before that they pre treat all stains and If needed treat the stains as many times as required to remove the stain. Joe and Eric answered all of my questions and provided stain treating tips which is very helpful since I have 2 dogs at home. They also did something that really delighted me - they cleaned my foyer area rug and door mat on porch for free! No other carpet cleaning company has ever done that! Highly recommend these guys. Carpet looks as though brand new!
We had a great experience with EVER READY. Booking was easy, price was good and they do quality work. They were very friendly and they contribute to an organization that helps out families with kids with autism. I will use them again in the future.
Our son got sick on my parents' carpet on Christmas Eve. We assumed Ever/Ready would be closed on Christmas, so we scheduled them to come out a couple of days later to see what they could do to at least partially take out the stain. To our surprise, they were able to get everything out of the carpet. Service was prompt, very reasonably priced, and effective. The technicians were thorough and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again!
