I have used Dave's Carpet Cleaning for the past several years. They are quick to come out, very detailed and leave my carpets and couches looking brand new again. They do so at a reasonable price. I also find the online scheduling very convenient. I highly recommend this local company.
This company is unreliable. DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM. ON the day and at the time of my scheduled appt they tell me they can't come because their trucks both broke down. I had moved 3 rooms of furniture for the appt and had people out of the home for the weekend. This is how they maintain their equipment? They offerred no compensation for the ubrupt cancelation! I will go back to using top quality reliable service companies like Hagopian Modernist and Stanley Steemer. I thought it might be nice to give a local company the chance but apparently they are not up to the task.
We have been using Dave's Carpet Cleaning for 10 years now, they are professional and do a great job. We have 2 kids (messy boys) and 2 dogs (which means we trained 2 puppies... yuck!) and everytime they get our carpet looking back to new! Friendly, reliable, great service. I was shocked to see a poor review when I came to book a cleaning, and wanted to share that I am a long time customer with absolutely zero complaints!
