We had our home built by clearview homes. It was a fast process but not without a headache here and there. One tip if you're using clearview, Get everything in writing. Get everything you can documented in email, as the sales agent tended to be a little argumentative and forgetful at times, so just better to have everything documented. None the less, THE SALES AGENT IS STILL A VERY NICE PERSON. Another tip is deffinetly get a inspector for the final inspection.
