Elite has been our carpet cleaner for several years. We are always very satisfied with their work. Shane is a wonderful man- thoroughly professional and friendly. The work is done beautifully and efficiently.
Susan is an absolute wonder when it comes to cleaning dirty and badly stained carpeting! I’m so sorry I didn’t take before and after pictures but trust me, it was BAD! She worked so hard on the stains and when she was done I was utterly amazed! She’s also very punctual, extremely reasonably priced and kind. I’d recommend her whole heartedly to anyone needed their carpets cleaned!!!
Honestly, very accommodating. I needed a carpet cleaning for someone who was super allergic to cats moving into an apartment. Then at the last second the apartment complex ripped out and replaced the carpets and they were generous enough to let me cancel. However, the complex does require yearly professional cleaning. Due to the excellent customer service I hope I can work with this company again when the time for the mandatory cleaning comes. Thanks!
