Stylist was nice, but I asked for more volume and walked out with way less than what I had. Hair in front feels more thin and sparse. Shampoo and cut took a total of about 10 minutes. She never touched her scissors, she did a "razor cut" which I think led to the thinning look. Usually it would take stylists at least a half hour to finish my hair. I never usually leave bad reviews, but now my confidence is shot. Guess it'll grow back eventually.

Big shout-out to Ellie! I just moved to the area from South Carolina. I hadn't had my haircut or dyed in well over a year. I decided to embrace the grey. Go silver sisters! I love my new haircut. First of all, staff was very nice. I took my daughter there for a girls day for her birthday. They screwed up the appointments and only made time for 1/2 of my appointment. My daughter clearly discussed what she wanted done. Stylist said she could do it. When she was first "done" with her color, one side of her head was darker then the other. She then said she would put toner on it because it wasn't how she thought it would turn out. After that, she rinsed her hair and put her back in the chair. She looked at her hair, and said it's not going to look how she wanted. No offer to fix it!!! I tried to be positive and say it looked good, but omg I know how disappointed she was. If you can't do something, be honest way up front, before you ruin someone's hair. Huge disappointment and a big waste of money.

I went for my hair color but I need to good advice from someone and I got perfect place to all my hair concern quarry I met Meggie who was my first hair stylist and she did wonderful job. I loved her and saloon service . Thanks a lot . This is my first hair color . I always like to go this saloon.

I have been to this salon 3 times and I’ve always had an amazing experience. I went recently and the stylist Olivia did my hair. Not only did it turn out beautifully, but Olivia was very nice and professional throughout the session. I now get tons of compliments about my hair and I love how it looks. I would definitely go again and I highly recommend this salon.

Nail tech went out to get a Pepsi, so she was 15 minutes late. While I was waiting, a Caucasian lady came in to get her hair done. Receptionist asked her if she'd like coffee or water. Mind you, I wasn't asked when I got there, because I'm not Caucasian. She asked me later as an afterthought. The manicure was a disaster. She filed my nails, pushed the cuticles back and painted them. When I told her I had never had a "dry" manicure, she said that's what you get for Groupon and if I didn't like it (shrugged her shoulders). She was a young, inexperienced, not so polished lady from Albania (recently moved to US) who needs some training on how to treat customers that look "different". I will be contacting Groupon about the "dry" manicure. The fine print on the Groupon did not say that I would get a "dry" manicure. This salon will never get my business again. I tipped the tech half of what I would have normally tipped someone else if they had spoken to me without an attitude. I don't get why businesses participate in Groupon if they are going to skimp on services.Services: Pedicures
